Launch Update 3 (Finale)

This will most likely be the final Launch Update, because Launch Day is technically coming to an end. Onto the bug fixes,

–A glitch was patched where when a Blimp touches an All Way Cannon the texture would switch to the Turning Machine but still act like an All Way Cannon

–Some text display changes to make text easier to see

–Moved the sliders for the 3rd Mode so they weren't overlapping the text
